A partner with the Chattanooga law firm of Patrick, Beard, Schulman and Jacoway since November 2003, his practice concentration is in the areas of estate planning, business transactions, guardianship and probate law.


 Attorney Mosley received an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with high Honors in 1980 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee in 1983.  Licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee, Attorney Mosley is a member of the Chattanooga and Tennessee Bar Associations and serves on the board of directors of the Chattanooga Estate Planning Council. A speaker at numerous professional and civic groups on various aspects of estate planning, elder law and business transactions, Mr. Mosley works primarily in the areas of estate and business planning, probate and guardianship law.

  • Representation of clients on probate matters, Will contest actions and guardianship matters.
